Somali man injured by falling stones at Pembroke reverse osmosis plant

A 29-year-old Somali man was injured on Friday morning after he was hit by falling stone at the reverse osmosis plant in Pembroke.

The accident took place at around 10.20am.

The man was taken to Mater De Hospital by ambulance. His injuries were later classified as grievous.

Duty Magistrate Monica Farrugia is leading an inquiry. The police are also investigating the case.
