The head of state accompanied by senior government officials including Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Minister, Abdi Mohamed Sabriye and Internal Security Minister, Mohamed Abukar Islaw stated that the phase two of the process which entails inclusive state administration will kick-off soon.

The President thanked government officials both Federal and regional level for the organization hence the success of the reconciliation conference while acknowledging the crucial role of traditional leaders from the host state.

“We are now ripping the fruits of months of reconciliation meeting, we are now moving towards the second phase of the establishment of administration will strong foundation in Galmudug.” The President said.

The President pledged strong support from the Federal government towards the people of the state on the realization of their political and development in the future.

Farmajo, however, called for unity of various groups including political groups, religious leaders, the business community, youth, and women to drive the agenda forward and achieve long-lasting peace and stability.

Somali leader also presented a certificate of acknowledgment to key individuals who worked towards the success of the reconciliation conference.

They include Galmudug state leader, Ahmed Gelle Haaf, Ahlu Suna leader, Sheikh Mohamed Shakir and the chair of the reconciliation committee, Professor, Abdirahman Badiyow.
