Car Bomb Explodes In Mogadishu

A huge car bomb explosion reported in Mogadishu, near Daljir monument on Wednesday morning.

At least one person was killed and ten people were wounded, according to the police and eyewitnesses.

Among the injured is Somali lawmaker who sustained minor injuries.

Al-Shabaab which is known to carry out attacks against Somali government targets mainly in the capital Mogadishu has claimed the responsibility of the blast.
