Somalia’s Minister Of Planning Arrives In Garowe

Somalia’s minister of planning, Investment, and Economic development Gamal Mohamed Hassan has arrived in Garowe, the administrative capital of Puntland state of Somalia.

The minister was cordially welcomed by Ministers and other high-ranking Puntland officials upon his arrival at Garowe Airport and has been escorted to the Presidency.

Hassan has expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and said his trip is aimed to hold talks with Puntland officials on the collaboration between the state and the government.

The trip by the Minister of Planning comes as Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo is expected to pay his first visit to Puntland in the coming days or weeks.
