Somali President Cordially Welcomed In Guriel Town

Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo who is on regional tour has on Friday reached Guriel town in Galgadud region, where he received a warm welcome.

President Farmajo accompanied by Galmudug leaders, including President Ahmed Dualle, Chief Minister Sheikh Shakir, and other officials arrived in the town under tight security.

During his stay, Somali President is expected to meet with local administration officials, traditional elders, members of the civil society to listen to their needs and concerns.

The President is paying a visit to several regions in Puntland and Galmudug on a peace mission and enhance the relations between his government and citizens living there.
