Somali PM meets with new US ambassador in Mogadishu

The Prime Minister of Somalia HE Mohamed Hussein Roble met with the new US Ambassador to Somalia Larry Adre.

The two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations, completing the country’s elections, security, and the fight against al-Shabaab.

The meeting also discussed the role of the United States in addressing the widespread drought in the country.
