The 5th session of the Somali House of People has been resumed on Wednesday.
The session was postponed twice due to lack of quorum by the members of the house.
According to the office of the speaker, Mohamed Mursal Sheikh, the parliamentary constitutional committee presented a report to the chamber.
Members of parliament from the opposition block have vowed to boycott the sitting unless the house includes in its agenda security lapse in the country mainly the capital, Mogadishu.
President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo opened the 5th session of the House on Wednesday last week following two months of recess.
