The fifth seat in today’s election in Kismayo, HOP 113, was contested by Maryan Aweys Jama and Seynab Ali Munganga and won by Maryan Aweys Jama with 83 votes, while Zeinab Ali Muganga received 17 votes and 2 spoiled.

The sixth seat, HOP-134, which was supposed to be contested by Sahra Jama Ali and Fartun Ahmed Yusuf, was abandoned by Fartun Ahmed, and Sahra Jama Ali won the seat by a show of hands with 97 votes.
