Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed was found guilty of being an al-Shabaab member when he was arrested.

The terrorist identified as Ali Mohamed Abdullahi was apprehended by security forces back in May in Mogadishu.

Mohamed who joined the group in August 2018 has been operating in the Somali capital, Mogadishu to execute the group’s plans.

The court said the convict was the responsibility for transportation weapons and delivering guns to the group’s assassins in the city.

During his stay in Mogadishu, he Was operating in Arafaad, Suqa-holaha and Towfiiq neighborhoods.

According to the prosecution’s case, the suspect confessed that he had fought alongside the group in several clashes with the army.

The military court often carries out sentences and executions to Al-Shabaab fighters and government soldiers who commit crimes despite condemnation from human rights groups including the European Union.
